Every wondered why you have such great conversations while walking with a friend? People don’t consider the mind/body benefit of activity. When you engage your body in something (meditation, yoga, art, cooking, hobbies, etc), your mind benefits at the same time.
Video Conferencing:
Not in the same city? No problem. We can connect virtually over ZOOM.
Face to Face Counseling/Coaching:
Traditional counseling usually happens in a safe and confidential space. Of particular importance to me, is that a client feels safe and able to speak openly about their challenges.
