Living a great story

Clinical supervision for counselors who want to grow into their own way of practicing.
Where curiosity meets compassion - and courage.
Supervision is more than checking boxes and completing hours.  It's an opportunity to become more confident in your clinical judgement, deepen your self - awareness, and develop your own therapeutic voice.

My approach is collaborative, reflective, and person- centered. I'll offer guidance, thoughtful challenge, and support while encouraging you to remain curious about who you are becoming as a counselor.
Whether you're an LPC Associate developing your identity as a therapist or a new LPC Supervisor finding your footing as a supervisor, you don't have to figure it all out alone.

Why work with Leigh?

25+ years as a counselor.  20+ years as a clinical supervisor.

I've had the privilege of supporting counselors at many stages of their professional journey - from developing foundational clinical skills to navigating the challenges of becoming a confident, independent therapist.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and courage.  I believe supervision should be a place where you can think out loud, ask difficult questions, receive honest feedback, and explore what kind of clinician you want to become.

I don't believe there's one "right" way to be a therapist. My role is to help you develop the knowledge, self-awareness, and confidence to make thoughtful clinical decisions and find a therapeutic style that feels authentically yours.

Supervision is a journey - not a designation.

Wondering If We're a Good Fit?

Choosing a supervisor is an important decision.  You should have the opportunity to ask questions, learn about my approach, and decide whether the way I supervise feels right for you.

I offer a 30 minute consultation so we can talk about where you are in your professional journey, what you're looking for in supervision, and whether we're a good fit.
